What is your lead time?

You should normally expect a turn-around of 7-9 weeks from placement of order.

Do you deliver?

Our prices are quoted F.O.B. Woodinville, Washington. We use common carrier, which we (or you) can arrange. Because our trusses are delivered in 2 pieces, this makes it much easier to get into limited access job sites. You are required to have equipment onsite for unloading.

Is engineering provided?

Yes, we provide engineered stamped drawings and calculations for our trusses only. Your building designer (engineer/architect) will be the engineer of record for the building.

We are capable of providing engineering for the 50 states. There is an additional charge for engineering. If your truss design/size is non-standard or state/county is currently not on file. Customer may be required to pay for engineering prior to truss quotation.

Do you offer non-standard trusses and shed beams

Yes, as well as roof loads in excess of 25 roof snow load. Our standard engineering is for purlin clips at 24" o.c., 12'0" bay spacing and measurements of trusses are out to out of posts. 25# roof snow, 90MPH exp. C wind load seismic design category D2. Standard roof pitches are 2:12 with 25# with 1:12 bottom cord or 3:12 with 2:12 bottom cord.
